Rosie B. Abella

Mrs. Rosie (Sayong) B. Abella, was born on Dec. 8,1928 in Borongan, Eastern Samar, Philippines, passed away at age 89 on April 21, 2018. She was a civil servant at the City and County of SF. Rosie is survived by her son Larry; daughter Debie and daughter in-law Rose Marie; grandchildren, David, Rachel, Mason, Powell; great-grandson, Angelo. She also leaves behind her dogs Cody and Willow.Friends and family are welcome to attend the rosary and wake officiated by Duggan’s Serra Mortuary, on Thursday, April 26 from 4:00 to 9:30 PM.
