Georgia Ann (Bogue) Carrozzi

Georgia Ann (Bogue) Carrozzi passed away peacefully on June 29, 2018, with her family by her side. Georgia left notes for her obituary and we have faithfully recorded her words. Georgia was the beloved wife of the late George A. Carrozzi for 67 years. They met while attending St. Peter’s Boys School and St. Peter’s Girls Academy in the Mission district of San Francisco. She was the adored daughter of the greatest parents, John and Ruth Bogue and the loved daughter-in-law of Helene Carrozzi

Georgia is survived by her beloved children: Jack and Lynn Carrozzi, Daniel and Linda Carrozzi, Janet Carrozzi Baldwin, Stephen and Cheryl Carrozzi and Susan and Steve Belluomini. Her legacy lives on through her very precious grandchild­ren: Serena (Dan) Roberts, Amy (Mike) Nieves, Brian (Arlena) Carrozzi, Marc (LeAnn) Carrozzi, Kimberly (Daryl) Sowers, Caitlin (Christophe­r) Arora, Janelle Baldwin, Matthew (Christina) Baldwin, Michaela Carrozzi (Louie Carrignan), Michael Carrozzi, Natalie Senkir, Justin Senkir, Amanda (Bobby) McCarthy, Jessica (Diego) Jimenez, Lauren Belluomini (Ryan Gazale) and 21adorable great-grandchild­ren( what fun they are!): Olivia and Amelia Roberts, Anthony and Gianna Nieves, Aidan, Luke, Jaxon and Charlotte Carrozzi, Brianna, Hailey and Grace Carrozzi, Peyton, Jacob, Madison and Isabella Sowers, Dean and Elizabeth Baldwin, Lola and Kai Carrignan, Ava Castillo and Harper McCarthy. Georgia is also survived by her very loved siblings: Ruth-Callen, Jack Bogue, Jim Bogue, Thomas Bogue, Mary Lou and Dick Fall, Caryl and George DeMerritt, and Michael Bogue. She was preceded in death by her beloved sister Kathleen Cherish Bogue who died at age 21 and her very loved siblings-in-law: Tom Callen, Shirley Bogue, Maureen Bogue, Patricia Bogue, and Nydia Bogue. Georgia will be remembered fondly by her many nieces and nephews, especially her dear godchild, Lynnette Romero, who was very loving toward her. Georgia treasured her BFF’s: Vickie Mahoric, Claire Fitzpatric­k and the late Marilyn McNamee. Georgia enjoyed a strong bond with her special friend and hairdresse­r, Azita, and looked forward to her weekly appointmen­ts and seeing all her friends on Broadway.

Georgia will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her, but she will live forever in our hearts. In her own words: “See you in my dreams, I will miss all of you”.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 16 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, 1721 Hillside Drive, Burlingame.
