No apology is needed
Regarding “Hypocrite Dems owe Kavanaugh apology for tone” (Oct. 10): Ruben Navarrette Jr. thinks an apology is due for Judge Brett Kavanaugh. For what? That he sat through hours of hearings sidestepping questions that were asked of him? Or that he subjected himself and his family to such turmoil? Any ordinary person would have realized that he didn’t belong there and would have made a graceful exit. He wasn’t forced to participate, and had it not been for his distorted sense of entitlement he would not have. He wanted this position all his life. Well, he got it. No apology necessary.
