Guard Richie Incognito, signed by the Raiders to a one-year deal Tuesday, pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors last month stemming from an argument with his grandmother last August, ESPN reported Wednesday.

According to ESPN, Incognito pleaded guilty to charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct from an Aug. 19 incident in which he punched a hole in the wall and ripped out a security system control box at his grandmother’s house in Peoria, Ariz.

ESPN cited a police report saying Incognito blamed his grandmother for the death of his father and that the argument occurred two days before a separate incident at an Arizona funeral home where his father’s body was being held. Incognito was arrested in the second incident after he allegedly threatened employees at the funeral home.
