Amend the Constitution

Our U.S. Constitution is in need of some amending; our Second Amendment needs updating. We have no more need for militias as the founders once did having no army or military. A modern guns amendment is needed guaranteeing hunters and individuals rights to nonmilitary weapons.

But the possession of military weapons must be outlawed except for law enforcement and shooting clubs. The military weapons must be bought back to get them off our streets once and for all. Both of these steps might almost stop these mass shootings. They stopped them entirely in Australia since 1996.
