What’s closed, open at parks throughout the Bay Area

- By Tom Stienstra

As the Bay Area works to get the coronavirus outbreak under control, many park managers have shut down open spaces and park areas in the region. Others have closed off vehicle access but left trails and beaches open to visitors who can get there via bicycle or on foot. Here is the latest information on what is open, what is closed and the rules you’ll need to observe when venturing into the outdoors. Roughly 20 park
