Hoping for rain

Concerning “Universal knockin’ on Dylan’s door” ( Business, Dec. 8): So Universal Music Publishing Group has acquired the entire catalog of legendary singersongwriter Bob Dylan? Well, I hope that one title in this vast collection might soon apply to the entire droughtridden state of California: “A Hard Rains AGonna Fall.”
