Hard to enforce
Bay Area counties are pushing for lockdown. This will seriously impact small businesses, such as restaurants that built parklets for safe outdoor dining and hair salons that completely revamped their space with extremely safe ventilation, whereas big malls ( even at reduced capacity) and supermarkets will be protected. I don’t believe that patrons will respect distancing in malls and large stores. People have not respected directing arrows in store aisles, and masks often go below nostrils.
How does the governor plan to check the number of people who congregate indoors? These new restrictions make little sense. Penalized are the small businesses and the reasonable residents of California.
