Former Stanford player Catarina Macario scored the first goal of her internatio­nal career in the third minute, Megan Rapinoe followed with two firsthalf goals and the U.S. women’s national team routed Colombia for the second time in five days, 60 in a friendly in Orlando, Fla.

The Brazilianb­orn Macario, a twotime NCAA champion and twotime NCAA player of the year who gained her U.S. citizenshi­p last year, turned pro earlier this month, opting to skip her senior season with the Cardinal.
