Timberwolves beat Jazz for third time
D’Angelo Russell had a seasonhigh seven 3pointers and scored 27 points to help the Timberwolves rally for a 105104 home win over Utah on Monday night. KarlAnthony Towns added 21 points and 11 rebounds.
“We got the job done,” Towns said. “Our physicality was there. The discipline was there. Execution was there.”
Minnesota, which started the day tied for the secondfewest wins in the NBA, handed the leagueleading Jazz another loss. The Timberwolves (1844) went 30 against Utah (4417) this season.

76ers 121, Thunder 90: Joel Embiid scored 21 points and host Philadelphia handed Oklahoma City a franchiserecord-tying 14th straight loss.
Bulls 110, Heat 102: Nikola Vucevic scored 24 points and Chicago moved closer to the last play-in spot in the Eastern Conference with a win in Miami.

Wall injury: Houston guard John Wall is likely to miss the rest of the season with a strained right hamstring. Wall was injured Friday in a game against the Clippers. His injury is yet another blow in a difficult season for the Rockets, who sit at an NBA-worst 15-46.
