Killion got it right

Regarding “Simone Biles doesn’t owe you anything” (July 29): Thank you to Ann Killion for her excellent reporting from the Tokyo Olympics and for her columns every day preceding the Olympics. I always look forward to reading her column, and felt the column on Simone Biles’ withdrawal was spot on. When Killion wrote of “The scorn being heaped on” Biles “by people who couldn’t vault over a cheeseburger,” she had it right! Thank you, Ann Killion! Karen Friedman, Berkeley
