A long time resident of San Francisco, resident of Millbrae, late of Novato, and most currently of San Mateo County for 3 years, entered into rest in San Mateo on August 20, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Maryann Agustinovi­ch, and his separated wife Geraldine Setting. Loving father of the late Andrew, Vincent (his wife Marlene Lima) and Paul (his wife Yao Mei Huang). Devoted son of Tomo and Ana Agustinovi­ch. Dear brother of the late Julia Palihnich (her husband the late Rudy). Survived by his niece Mira Palihnich and nephew Ivo Palihnich (wife Annarita), step grandchild­ren Murilo Lima-Acherman and Kenneth Huang, and Great uncle to Noemi, Martin and Megan Palihnich. Also survived by his God-daughter Lori Bongiovani, along with cousins in Croatia, his Millbrae neighbors Charlie and Judy Lopez and his other dear friends.

A native of New Jersey, age 96 years.

A graduate Spring Valley Elementary School and Washington High School both in San Francisco. A celebrated veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Italy during World War II. A member of the Slavonic Mutual & Benevolent Society in San Francisco, Croatian Fraternal Union. A retired sheet metal worker, who enjoyed crafting with his hands, and gardening.

Family and friends are welcome to attend on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Saint Dunstan Catholic Church in Millbrae where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon. Committal will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Colma.
