family’s window contracting business represented. “My dad started Alexander Company in 1971, and my brother, John, and I started getting involved as teenagers,” he recounts. “At first, we were helping in the field, but we gradually moved into sales and management. As the company continued to grow, we both saw a lot of opportunity for the future and decided to stick with it.
