Harold Lee Fowler III

January 21, 1953 - October 31, 2022

Harold Lee Fowler, III (Hal) was born and raised in Berkeley California.

He was a life-long horseman; endurance rider and professional race track exercise rider. Hal rode thoroughbred horses at tracks all over California from Ferndale to Del Mar. Hal is survived by sisters Liz Fowler of Roseburg, Oregon, Sue Fowler Glaspie of Myrtle Creek, Oregon and Gloria Fowler Hollis of Bend, Oregon.
