Ann Howard Impett

Ann Howard Impett, 88, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2023. Born Theresa Ann Howard to Dr John Allan Howard and Loretta Donovan Howard on November 26, 1934 in Utica, New York. Raised primarily by her father after the death of her mother March 12, 1937. Her father was the assistant director of Utica State Hospital. A graduate of Manhattanville College. After college Ann was employed by Compton Advertising in New York. On April 29, 1973 she married Patrick Bruce Impett in Loyola Chapel of St Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church in Manhattan. She then moved to San Francisco, California to begin her new life with her husband. In 1975 she gave birth to her only daughter Victoria. She was an active member of St Brendan Parish in San Francisco. They are longtime residents of the Forest Hill neighborhood. Ann was an active member and past president of the Forest Hill Garden Club. She spent her final few years in Southern California enjoying the warmer weather and traveling with her family. She is predeceased by her husband Patrick Bruce Impett and survived by her daughter Victoria Ann Impett, DVM and two granddaughters Charlotte Louise Pattio and Anita Ann Pattio.

A celebration of life will be held at the Forest Hill Clubhouse on Sunday October 22, 2023 from 1-3pm. A memorial service in Southern California will be held on Sunday October 29, 2023 at One & All Church 7576 Etiwanda Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA at 5pm with reception to follow. Ultimately Ann will be buried in Seattle at Calvary Cemetery with her husband on Monday, November 20, 2023. Funeral Mass at St James Cathedral at 12:10pm with interment to follow.
