Reid M. Dor­win

Born in Palo Alto, CA on Au­gust 30, 1950. Reid is sur­vived by her mother, Helen Dor­win and her late fa­ther, Wil­liam (Bill) Dor­win, many rel­a­tives and friends. Reid suc­cumbed to a rare brain dis­or­der after six short weeks.

She grad­u­ated from Lin­coln High School, re­ceived a Bach­e­lor’s De­gree from USC and also a Master’s De­gree from Notre Dame Uni­ver­sity.

She was an art ther­a­pist at the Va­cav­ille State Prison for 10 years. She was also in­volved in the prop­erty man­age­ment of the fam­ily’s prop­er­ties.

She was a tal­ented artist and loved to travel in­clud­ing the Ori­ent, Europe and es­pe­cially to Nor­way vis­it­ing rel­a­tives.

A ser­vice will be held on Wed­nes­day, Jan­uary 16, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Cy­press Lawn, 1370 El Camino Real, Colma, CA, Tif­fany Chapel.
