A festive fizz.

DIRECTIONS

Make the rosemary simple syrup by combining 1/3 cup water, sugar, and 1 sprig of rosemary into a small pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cook for 5 minutes until water is slightly green. Remove from heat and let cool completely.

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, pomegranate juice, gin, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons rosemary simple syrup. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice, leaving room for the sparkling water.

Top it off with sparkling water and garnish with the sprig of rosemary, lime wedge, and pomegranate arils. *
