Genealogical Society hosts Norman Poitevin

The Genealogical Society of Santa Cruz County will host historian Norman Poitevin from 1-3 p.m. Feb. 4 in the second floor meeting room of the Santa Cruz Downtown Public Library, 224 Church St.

Poitevin will talk about “Historic East Twin Lakes” and will present a talk centered around the people and places of the eastern part of the 1890 Twin Lakes Subdivision. Poitevin is a long-time genealogist and has participated in providing waling tours for Live Oak Neighbors. He also serves on the Landmark Committee of the Museum of Art & History and is a member of the Genealogical Society of Santa Cruz County.
