Free family bike workshop set for Jan. 26 Gentle yoga drop-in classes return

GO Santa Cruz is partnering with Ecology Action to offer a free virtual workshop focused on family biking at noon Jan. 26.

This free one-hour webinar will help you navigate the riding with children. Topics include what gear to use, advice on riding through developmental stages and recommendations for safely riding with kids.

Gentle Yoga with Bobi Hines returns from 10-11 a.m. Fridays to the London Nelson Community Center, 301 Center St., Santa Cruz.

Hines specializes in supporting adults in recovery and injury prevention. Classes are drop-in with a $5 suggested donation. Mats and support equipment available.
