Stand with your feet par­al­lel or turned out 15 de­grees — what­ever is most com­fort­able. Bend at your hips first and fol­low with your knees un­til your thighs are par­al­lel to the floor. Keep feet flat on the floor. Press through your heels to re­turn to stand­ing.
