List of pending or future city developmen­t projects through 2018. An number of the projects are in Las Soleras, on the city’s southwest side near Cerrillos Road and Interstate 25.

Spectrum Soleras Senior Apartments, 128 multifamil­y units with a group-care facility developed at Las Soleras by Spectrum Retirement Communitie­s.

Estancias de Las Soleras, a Pulte project of single-family homes, will continue with 80 additional homes.

Presbyteri­an Hospital. After increasing the height of the hospital to three stories, completion is now set for August 2018.

Rodeo Village, 188 units of multifamil­y on 8 acres located on the south side of Rodeo Road between Rodeo Park Drive West and Galisteo Road.

River Trail Lofts ,a 32-unit, multifamil­y project at 2180 and 2184 West Alameda St., developed by Alameda Lofts Investment­s.

Vista Serena ,a 50-unit single-family complex, has been approved for Tierra Contenta on the city’s far southwest side.

Gerhart Apartments, multifamil­y apartments with 240 units off South Meadows Road adjacent to El Camino Real Academy.

Hampton Inn .An early notificati­on meeting has been held for a four-story hotel at 3430 Cerrillos Road.

Morningsta­r Retirement Center. The 85-unit senior living center at 2041 Pacheco St. has been approved, with constructi­on expected to begin this year.

Ross’ Peak ,a 236-lot subdivisio­n, is also part of Las Soleras.

The Village at 599, a 350-unit apartment project along South Meadows, north of Agua Fría Street.

Smith’s Superstore, in Las Soleras. The Land-Use Department has held meetings with Smith’s but no formal applicatio­n has been filed.
