Star Trek: Discovery One of television’s most enduring franchises gets a new chapter with the premiere of this series, which will be seen regularly on the streaming service CBS All Access. Sonequa Martin-Green (The Walking Dead) has the central role as a human Starfleet officer who was raised on Vulcan, giving her mixed sensibilit­ies as she explores new worlds and new civilizati­ons. Jason Isaacs, pictured, James Frain, Michelle Yeoh, Doug Jones and Anthony Rapp also star in the debut, “The Vulcan Hello.”

Fear the Walking Dead A new episode called “Brother’s Keeper” finds Nick and Jake (Frank Dillane, Sam Underwood) setting out to handle a delicate situation — although in their current reality, “delicate situation” could be a euphemism for “matter of life or death.” Meanwhile, the survivors back at the Ranch prepare for a threat greater than any they’ve faced before.

Movie: Signed, Sealed, Delivered: Home Again Oliver (Eric Mabius) and his fellow Postables return in this new 2017 mystery, which begins when they come across an antique vase. They’re able to trace it back to three girls who once tried to sell the piece to save their family farm. As it happens, the farm again is in jeopardy, forcing the team to wrestle with the choice of doing what’s legal vs. what’s “right.” Kristin Booth, Crystal Lowe and Geoff Gustafson also star.
