FRANCISCO D. GONZALES

Francisco D. Gonzales, 78, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. He was surrounded by his loving family. Francisco is survived by his loving wife, Anita Gonzales of 58 years; his children, Anthony, Manuel and wife, Andrea, Christopher and wife, Carol, Francisco Jr. and wife, Jackie, Katherine, Frances Preciado and husband, Ernie and Olivia Prieto and husband, Peter; also numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-greatgrandchildren.

Francisco will be greatly missed by numerous siblings, relatives, friends and all that knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents; his son, Paul Gonzales and brothers and sisters. He was a devoted catholic; he loved watching his Los Angeles Dodgers play and spending time with his family. He served his country proudly in the US Navy. Family would like to express a special thank you to On Point Hospice medical care team for the great care provided and making him comfortable.

A viewing will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m., in the Desert View Chapel of FRENCH – Rio Rancho.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 1001 Meteor Ave NE, Rio Rancho with inurnment to follow on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N.
