7 p.m. on FOX Lucifer A particularly troubling murder leads to moments of truth for several of the sleuths in the show’s third-season finale, “A Devil of My Word.” Lucifer (Tom Ellis) has an existence-changing experience, Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt, pictured) attempts to revive a friendship, and Chloe (Lauren German) becomes aware of what literally has been right in front of her for a long time. 7 p.m. on NBC The Voice With one week to go before the new “Voice” is declared, the “Live Semi-Final Performances” are presented in this episode. The heat really is on those still in the contest, and they surely know it — which puts big value on every move they make and every note they croon. Kelly Clarkson, Alicia Keys, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton are the coaches and judges gauging their efforts ... along with at-home viewers. Tuesday’s episode reveals the results. Carson Daly is the host. 7 p.m. on AMC The Terror The taut adventure thriller reaches its penultimate episode with the new “The C, The C, The Open C,” which finds the men plagued by increasingly serious health issues. What each man will do to survive becomes evident in ways that are sometimes noble, sometimes horrifying. 8 p.m. on FOX The Resident Conrad (Matt Czuchry) makes a personal sacrifice in trying to protect Nic (Emily VanCamp) from Lane’s (Melina Kanakaredes) scheming in the medical drama’s season finale, “Total Eclipse of the Heart.” Both Lane and Mina (Shaunette Renee Wilson) face professional crises when patients of theirs are returned to Chastain. Malcolm-Jamal Warner and Glenn Morshower reprise their earlier guest roles, and Dot-Marie Jones

(Glee) also guest stars. Bruce Greenwood and Manish Dayal also star. 8 p.m. on CBS Superior Donuts Safety — and maybe more than that — becomes paramount at the donut shop as the comedy ends its second season with “Donut Day Afternoon,” which sees the site targeted for an armed robbery. In the wake of the incident, a shaken Arthur, Franco and Sofia (Judd Hirsch, Jermaine Fowler, Diane Guerrero) consider making some big changes in their respective lives.
