Two new back-to-back episodes mark the return of this hit sitcom to finish out its fifth and final season, starting with “Young and Downton Gabi,” which finds Gabi and Josh (Emily Osment, Jonathan Sadowski, above) blissfully happy to be officially a couple. Elliot and Yolanda (Rex Lee, Kym Whitley) are far more ambivalent about the situation, worried that this new development will have a direct impact on their work lives.
7 p.m. on PARMT Yellowstone
Kevin Costner tackles another largerthan-life character in this morally complicated new drama series from actor-writer-director Taylor Sheridan
(Sons of Anarchy), playing Montana landowner John Dutton, who controls the largest contiguous ranch in the United States. He plans to keep it that way, despite challenges ranging from corrupt land developers to a nearby Native American reservation and even Yellowstone National Park.
8 p.m. on CW The Originals
An uprising by hardline purist vampires leads the supernatural factions into a showdown that is likely to prove deadly, even as Vincent, Marcel and Josh (Yusuf Gatewood, Charles Michael Davis, Steven Krueger) are working to clean up the city, in a new episode called “We Have Not Long to Love.” Once again, Hope (Danielle Rose Russell) is left struggling with the consequences after her most recent ill-advised gambit to bring her family back together.
8 p.m. on USA Colony
Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies) gets the unsettling feeling that there just may be an unexpected dark side involved in her refugee case work in the new episode “Lazarus.” Will (Josh Holloway) assists Amy and Broussard (Peyton List, Tory Kittles) on a Resistance operation. Elsewhere, Bram (Alex Neustaedter) starts a new job, while Snyder (Peter Jacobson) returns to his work for the IGA.
9 p.m. on SUND The Split
Hannah (Nicola Walker) is a seasoned pro when it comes to navigating other people’s lives, but she’s forced to consider some painful questions about her own in the new “Episode 5.” A remorseful Nina (Annabel Scholey) tries to make amends for all the pain she has caused, while Rose (Fiona Button) frantically tries to address the aftermath of her headstrong sister’s outburst. Goldie (Meera Syal), meanwhile, rejects a settlement offer, smelling blood in her fight with Davey (Stephen Tompkinson).
