7 p.m. on USA Queen of the South

It’s pretty safe to assume that a new episode called “La Fuerza” — Spanish for “The Force” — probably has nothing to do with Star Wars, but it’s certainly not lacking for action, as Teresa (Alice Braga) has no choice but to flee Europe and make a fresh start in the relative safety of the American Southwest — specifically, Phoenix. She soon discovers she must deal with a “commission” of cartel bosses and a corrupt local sheriff.

8 p.m. on NBC Marlon

Marlon (Marlon Wayans) doles out some questionable advice to Zack (Amir O’Neil) and his classmates on “Career Day” at school in a new episode by that name. Though he means well in counseling the students not to put full faith in being told they can’t do something, the results aren’t what Marlon anticipated — prompting him to back up and stress the importance of education. Another episode follows.

8 p.m. on FOOD Beat Bobby Flay

This show’s format gets flipped, if not turned on its head, in the new “Judges as Contenders,” wherein judges Seamus Mullen and Michael Psilakis opt instead to step up and make a stab at taking down Iron Chef Bobby Flay, pictured, themselves. Food Network stars Marcus Samuelsson and Sunny Anderson weigh the duo’s skill sets before declaring which of them can better test Bobby.

8:15 p.m. on BRAVO Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce

With Collette (Stephanie Szostack) now, moved to Sacramento, Abby (Lisa Edelstein) finds herself playing full-time stepmom in the new episode “Rule No. 303: Burn That S... to the Ground.” Delia (Necar Zadegan) announces to the group that the IVF procedure worked, but Phoebe (Beau Garrett) correctly deduces that the baby is actually Tony’s (Steve Talley). During a weekend getaway with Albert (Brian Markinson), Jo (Alanna Ubach) confesses that she kissed Frumpkis.

9 p.m. on ABC Take Two

Sam (Rachel Bilson) isn’t especially eager for a reunion with her former fiance (guest star Greyston Holt), but he needs her help in the new episode “Ex’s and Oh’s.” She gets a personal investment in his plight, since his stolen laptop contains something that could prove quite embarrassing if it becomes generally known. Eddie (Eddie Cibrian) agrees to help in the search for the pilfered computer.
