Ted Deutch, D-Fla.; Tom Rooney, R-Fla.; Charlie Crist, D-Fla.; Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Pa.; and John Delaney, D-Md., for the most significant climate legislation Congress has seen in more than a decade, which would create more than 2 million jobs, improve everyone’s health, promote energy innovation — and lower greenhouse gas emission, by moe than 33 percent in the next 10 years.
