The Santa Fe Rotary Club recently honored Santa Fe police Lt. David Webb with its 2019 Public Safety Award. Webb previously was assigned to the Special Victims Unit, based at Solace Crisis Treatment Center. He restructured, increased and changed the dynamic of the unit, including creating mental health guidelines for its detectives, according to a news release, which set up the unit for success.
