Serial Killer: Devil Unchained

In the first season finale, as she tries to identify an accomplice, Maria Awes joins Gary Garrett, Todd Kohlhepp’s biographer, on a highly emotional tour of Kohlhepp’s property, where investigators earlier found the remains of three victims, and where Kala Brown was held captive for two months in a shipping container. It’s not long after that when Maria unexpectedly gets a confession straight from the killer about two other men he says he murdered.

The Kleptocrats

After a financier embezzles a fortune from Malaysia’s wealth fund in one of the world’s biggest whitecollar heists involving government corruption and international money laundering, some of that dirty money flows into New York and Hollywood. At that point, the thieves court A-list celebrities and bankroll the Oscar-nominated The Wolf of Wall Street. This 2018 documentary from Sam Hoblinson and Havana Marking explores how investigative journalists eventually unravel the scheme.

Divorce

The saga of ex-spouses Frances and Robert (Sarah Jessica Parker, Thomas Haden Church) and their often hapless attempts to untangle their complicated shared lives closes out its third and final season with a finale called “Knock Knock,” which sees both main characters reaching another crossroads in their new post-divorce relationships. Molly Shannon, Talia Balsam, Tracy Letts, Sterling Jerins, Charlie Kilgore and Becki Newton also star.
