Through April 12: The Law Offices of the Public Defender’s Santa Fe office is closed until at least April 12 while employees continue to work from home.

Until further notice: City Hall and most other city government buildings will be closed to the public. Essential city staff whose jobs require them to be on-site will still report for work; however, the public will not be allowed in the buildings. The city is asking anyone who needs to contact city staff to do so through email, over the phone or through letters.

BY APPOINTMEN­T ONLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

All Santa Fe County buildings and facilities as of March 27 will be open to the public by appointmen­t only. Satellite offices will implement reduced hours, with Eldorado continuing to be closed and Pojoaque and Edgewood open from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. County staff will continue to assist residents online or via telephone, senior meal delivery will continue and trash transfer stations will remain open.

FOOD SHOPPING HOURS FOR SENIORS

New Mexico’s Aging and Long Term Services Department issued a list of grocery stores offering special shopping hours for seniors and vulnerable population­s during the COVID-19 pandemic. Participat­ing stores include:

Smith’s locations — throughout New Mexico — opening early on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. for shoppers 60 years of age or older, including waiving pickup fees for seniors.

Walmart locations — throughout New Mexico — opening one hour early on Tuesdays, through April 28, for those 60 years of age or older.

Target locations — throughout New Mexico — opening one hour early on Wednesdays for individual­s who are elderly or have underlying health conditions.

John Brooks Supermarke­ts — various locations throughout New Mexico — varies by store, but many including Albuquerqu­e Candelaria location and Santa Fe market (Eldorado) opening early on Sundays to serve seniors. Call your local market for details.

Dollar General — various New Mexico locations — opening one hour early daily, for seniors.
