American Soul
Season 2 of this musical docudrama opens with the premiere “1975,” a year that finds Soul Train swiftly growing in popularity with TV audiences. That success proves double-edged, however, since it leaves Don (Sinqua Walls) struggling to deal with an unwelcome new level of stress. Meanwhile, Gerald (Jason Dirden) is blackmailed by a former accomplice who now works for the mob.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his agents are hurled backward through time and stranded in 1931 as this series launches its seventh and final season with “The New Deal.” The all-new Zephyr is set to time-jump at any moment, so the team has to hurry and find out exactly what happened. If they fail, it’ll mean disaster for the past, present and future of Earth. So, no pressure. Ming-Na Wen (pictured), Chloe Bennet, Elizabeth Henstridge, Iain De Caestecker and Jeff Ward also star.
