“FBI: International” (CBS — series premiere, Sept. 21)

Mega-producer Dick Wolf launches the third entry in his “FBI” franchise with this new procedural drama, which follows the elite operatives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Fly Team. Headquartered in Prague, these top agents are tasked with tracking and neutralizing threats against American citizens wherever they might occur, although they’re not allowed to carry guns. “Bones” veteran Luke Kleintank heads an international cast that also includes Heida Reed (“Poldark”), Vinessa Vidotto, Christiane Paul and Carter Redwood.
