That’s just as true on the re­mote beaches of Mamoud­zou as it is in the bustling bazaars of Dur­ban, as true for the an­telopes of Mos­sel Bay as for the renowned wine­mak­ers of the Western Cape. The world is full of fla­vor. It ex­ists to be ex­pe­ri­enced.
