WESTMINSTE­R - Robert C. “Mickey” Mason,

71, died at his home on January 20, 2021 after a battle with heart disease.

He leaves his wife of 45 years Karen (Anderson) Mason; two sons, Marc Mason and his wife Heidi of Cushing, ME and Adam Mason and his wife Betty of Strafford, NH; five grandchild­ren, Andrew, Victoria, Tristan and Isla of Cushing, ME and Michael of Strafford, NH; two brothers, Dan Mason and his wife Terry of Otter River and William Mason stationed in South Korea; two sisters, Rev. Sally Calhoun and her husband Dwight of Littleton and Sue Klockers of Westminste­r; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Mickey grew up in Westminste­r and served in the US Army during the Vietnam war from 1969-1973. He worked as a Correction­s Officer until 2001 and later worked at Aubuchon Hardware until he retired. He enjoyed coaching Football, Softball and Baseball at Oakmont Regional High School and Monty Tech. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

His funeral services will be private at the Massachuse­tts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon, MA 01475.
