It was re­ally easy for me to take Metamucil ev­ery day be­cause I kept it on the kitchen counter so I couldn’t miss it in the morn­ing. I’ve al­ways been a healthy eater but the added fiber made me feel more en­er­getic**. At this point, I was ad­ding Metamucil to my go-to smoothie and oat­meal recipes.

Ev­ery morn­ing, I start my day with 8 to 10 ounces of wa­ter with lemon. On my first day of the chal­lenge, I started my rou­tine and added Metamucil.
