Wreaths Across America Radio Hosts the Last of Four Roundtable Discussion­s

COLUMBIA FALLS, Me. — Wreaths Across America Radio is proud to announce the fourth and final episode in its 2021 roundtable series focused on Veteran Healing through sharing stories of resilience, purpose, and success. This discussion will air on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at 7PM EST, and can be heard exclusivel­y on Wreaths Across America Radio.

The Roundtable will focus on emotional support following a death in the military for veterans and their families, risk factors for complicate­d grief, and how to turn challenges into purpose. Guest panelists – listed below – will be interviewe­d by Wreaths Across America’s Executive Director Karen Worcester and Director of Military & Veteran Outreach, former United States Army Captain Joe Regan.

Guest panelists include: Dr. Chantal Dooley, TAPS

Dr. Chantel Dooley is the Director of Impact Assessment and Research for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS). Recognized internatio­nally for her work in evidenceba­sed practices, Dr. Dooley’s experience as an innovator, creator, teacher, and survivor supports the TAPS mission to ensure all programs and services meet the needs of all those grieving the death of a military loved one. She came to TAPS as the surviving fiancé of Captain Alex Stanton, Special Agent, USAF.

Cindy Tatum, Gold Star Mother

Cindy became a Gold Star Mother on December 24, 2007. She served on the National Executive Board of AGSM from 2013-2021, serving as the 2020-21 National President, and presently lives in Milan, TN with her family. Her son, a veteran of Iraq, Cpl. Daniel Lee Tatum, USMC, was killed in an automobile/train collision outside of Camp Pendleton in CA.
