Amanda Branham, no age listed, Shelby, had a city income tax charge nollied with court costs of $115.

James Rock, 20, Ontario, pled guilty to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct, $415. Special conditions — No convictions, active probation for two years, defendant may attend Richland County Community Alternative Center.

Chad Bivens, 21, Willard, pled guilty to a reduced charge of reckless operation, $565. Special conditions — No convictions, active probation for two years, defendant may attend Richland County Community Alternative Center or Driver Intervention Program, driving privileges upon payment of fines and costs, thereafter for statutory use, defendant given credit for pretrial suspension.

Asijah Bines, 19, Mansfield, pled no contest to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct, $165.

Kearstin Elliott, 29, Plymouth, pled contest to a reduced charge of safety disregard, $560. Special conditions — Two years active probation, may attend Richland County Community Alternative Center, driving privileges once fines and costs paid.

Danielle Bellamy, 36, Shelby, had a charge of operating motor vehicle under operating vehicle impaired suspension nollied with court costs of $115.
