The following cases recently went through the Shelby Municipal Court:
Fines
Wade Roberts, 48, Shelby, pled no contest to a charge of failure to
yield and found guilty, $135.
Chad Montgomery, 49, Shelby, pled guilty to a charge of require zoning, $165.
Jeffrey Oxer, 55, Shelby, pled guilty to a charge of drug paraphernalia possession, $235. Jeffrey Oxer, 55, Shelby, pled guilty to a charge of marijuana possession, $25.
James Hoskins, 41, Shelby, pled guilty to a charge of operating motor
vehicle under suspension/license restriction, $1,115. Special conditions
— $600 of fine suspended if all fines and costs are paid in 90 days.
Edward Willis, 42, Shelby, pled guilty to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct, $265.
Tyson Holland, 32, Shelby, pled no contest to a charge of driving under
suspension/child support and found guilty, $585. Special conditions — 30
days in jail, 30 days in jail suspended, one year probation, must comply
with all terms and conditions.
Christian Knudson, 19, Shelby, pled no contest to a charge of operating
vehicle impaired/ breath high and found guilty, $805. Special conditions
— 30 days in jail, 27 days in jail suspended, two years probation, no
further violations, must complete assessment and follow recommended
treatment, driving privileges after 15 days, thereafter for statutory
purposes once fines and costs paid.
