Draven Warters, 23, 236 Lee Ave., Ashland, pled no contest and was found guilty of driving without a license and speed 77/55. Fined $450 plus costs, defendant was to be released, community service available to defendant upon application.

Joseph Adkins, 35, 165 Northcrest Dr., Marysville, pled no contest and was found guilty of disorderly conduct. Fined $50 plus costs.

Timothy R. Parrish II, 45, 44 N. Gamble St., pled guilty to possession/drug paraphernalia. Fined $150 plus costs, received two years probation, must comply with all terms and conditions, must complete assessment and follow recommended treatment, received 30 days in jail with 30 suspended.

Alex Vanetta, 27, 1028 Woodville Rd., Mansfield, pled guilty to speed 83/55 and seat belt. Fined $80 plus costs.

Keith Thompson, 35, 521 King St., Mansfield, pled no contest and was found guilty of drug instrument and possession/drug paraphernalia. Fined $250 plus costs, received two years probation, must comply with all terms and conditions, must complete a drug alcohol assessment.

Omar Hernandez, 33, 4261 St. Rt. 103 S., Willard, pled guilty to OVI. Fined $525 plus costs, received active probation for two years, defendant may attend CAC, defendant given credit for three days previously served, defendant given credit for pretrial suspension, operating license suspended from May 31, 2022-May 31, 2023, received 160 days in jail with 157 suspended.

Robert Sprague III, 42 Third St., pled guilty to theft. Fined $150 plus costs, received 10 days in jail, defendant given credit for time served, restitution for $181.96, no entry upon land or premise of Ace Hardware.

Dalton Brady, 21, 145 West Main St., pled guilty to disorderly conduct. Fined $115, plus costs. Restitution of $410, restitution and court costs to be paid out of bond.

Logan Stanford, 26, 60 Roberts Dr., pled guilty to disorderly conduct. Fined $200 plus costs, received 30 days in jail with 29 days suspended, NSV for two years, active probation, credit for one day served, defendant to obtain and complete alcohol assessment and follow treatment plan, no protection order to be issued per victim’s request.

Donald Shepherd, 60, 125 Plymouth St. Apt. 37, pled guilty to OVI physical control. Fined $250 plus costs, received 30 days in jail with 30 suspended, no convictions, active probation for one year.
