Wear green this weekend to celebrate St. Patrick's Day festivitie­s in Richland County

Richland County businesses are gearing up to invite customers to wear their green apparel and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day throughout this weekend.

To get things kicked off, starting today at noon, the Warehouse Tavern will be hosting their St. Patrick’s Day Block Party. This special event will allow customers to participat­e in outdoor games, enjoy live entertainm­ent and try out any of the drink specials that will be served.

The block party will carry on until 1 a.m. The Warehouse Tavern is located 66 E. Fourth St., Mansfield.

Also taking place in Mansfield, City Grille &bar will be holding a St. Patrick’s Day Party beginning at noon today. For those who want authentic Irish dishes and drinks, this will be the destinatio­n. There will be corn beef and cabbage on the menu along with green beer and other Irish drink specials.

City Grille & Bar is located at 37 E. Main St.,

Mansfield.

Right here in Shelby, The Vault Wine Bar will be having all the entertainm­ent and fun all weekend for their St. Patrick’s Day Party.

On Saturday, the Vault will be incorporat­ing Irish dishes and drinks into their menu such as corned beef and cabbage, Shepherd’s Pie, Guiness Stew, whiskey cake, and a special Irish cocktail flight just to name a few.

While eating and drinking Irish specialtie­s, guests will also be able to enjoy live Irish music with the

Clurichaun Celtic Clan that will take the stage beginning at 6 p.m.

On Sunday, the Vault will be open to with the Irish meal of corned beef hash and Irish mimosas.

The Phoenix Brewing Company will have a special Sunday Funday for St. Patrick’s Day. During this, all drink specials will be offered and there will be an Irish menu from Gertz Culinary. This event kicks off at noon and last until 7 p.m. The Phoenix is located at 131 N. Diamond St., Mansfield.
