ODOT provides Richland County construction update
RICHLAND COUNTY – The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Richland County in the coming weeks, the Ohio Department of Transportation reports. The list:
– State Route 95 resurfacing: State Route 95, from the Knox County line to the village of Butler’s southern corporation limits, will have single lane closures for a resurfacing project. Traffic will be maintained at all times utilizing flaggers. Estimated completion: June 2024
– State Route 13 bridge repairs – State Route 13 (N Main Street) in the city of Mansfield, between Olive Street and N. Diamond Street, is closed for a bridge repair
project.
Traffic will be detoured from State Route 13 (N Main Street) to E. 6th Street to N. Diamond Street, and reverse. Estimated completion: May 9
– State Route 61 culvert replacement – State Route 61, between Opdyke Road and Bucyrus Street
(State Route 98), is closed for a culvert replacement.
The detour route will be State Route 61 north to State Route 39 west to State Route 598 north to State Route 98 north, back to State Route 61, and reverse for southbound motorists. Estimated completion: May 8
– State Route 95 culvert replacement: State Route 95, between Divelbiss Road and Armstrong Road will close Monday, April 22 for a culvert replacement.
The detour route will be State Route 95 west to State Route 97 west to State Route 13 south to State Route 95, and reverse. Estimated completion: April 26
– State Route 96 bridge replacement: State Route 96, between State Route 603 and State Route 545, was set to close April 22 for 120 days for a bridge replacement project.
The detour route will be State Route 96 west to State Route 545 south to State Route 603 north to State Route 96, and reverse. Estimated completion: Aug. 20.
