Domestic April 15, Auburn,

Officers responded to the incident location in reference to a domestic dispute . Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim and multiple witnesses, whom all advised that the suspect had pushed the victim out of the residence and locked her out. While speaking with the suspect, he had admitted to the alleged allegation­s. Officers spoke with the victim and her mother about the assault at which time they advised that they wished to pursue charges against the suspect. The suspect was issued a summons for Assault and is to appear in SMC.

Vandalism, April 9:55 a.m., Rabold,

15, The Park Superinten­dent contacted the police department to report damage at the men’s restroom

at Long Street/rabold Park. Upon arrival police observed that the paper towel dispenser and partition had been knocked off the wall. Also located in the men’s room was a black Pink Floyd ball cap and in the trash were two empty bottles of alcohol. The superinten­dent stated the park was last checked Friday morning. The damage was photograph­ed.

Warrant service, April 16, 11:33 a.m., North Third, Police arrived at N

Third St in reference to making contact with the alleged suspect who had a warrant for his arrest out of Ashland County Sheriff Office for an F5 warrant for Larceny Theft. Police began knocking on the front screen door in which police were able to see the alleged suspect sitting in a chair in the front room, police asked the alleged suspect to come outside of the apartment in which he did. Police then advised of the warrant and placed him under arrest, police then transporte­d him to ACSO where he was booked into jail.

Warrant service, April 16, 5:30 p.m., Auburn,

Police arrived at Auburn in an attempt to make contact with the alleged suspect. Police attempted to make contact at Auburn but was unable to, her parents who live next to her advised police she was not home and that they would advised her of the summons for SMC. Police then left a copy of the summons with her new court date attached to her front door.
