What made you think to turn fruitcake into cookies?
I had a few leftover ingredients after making my favorite fruitcake, so I decided to incorporate them into a raisin cookie. My family won’t eat the fruitcake, but the fruitcake cookies sure didn’t last long!
Q: What do you most look forward to at Christmas?
A: Each year my family gathers on Christmas Eve for a big seafood feast, and I look forward to preparing our favorite fried oysters and shrimp with tomato cream sauce for that special occasion.
