Spruced-Up Cheese Spread

This zippy cracker spread is easy to shape into a Christ­mas tree for spe­cial hol­i­day oc­ca­sions.

1 cup may­on­naise

1 small onion, grated

1 to 2 Tbsp. pre­pared mus­tard 1 Tbsp. Worces­ter­shire sauce 1 tsp. cel­ery seed

1/2 tsp. pa­prika

1/4 tsp. gar­lic salt

1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimien­tos, drained, di­vided

3 cups finely shred­ded sharp ched­dar cheese Minced fresh pars­ley

2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans

As­sorted crack­ers

1. Mix first seven in­gre­di­ents and 1/3 cup pimien­tos. Stir in cheese.

2. Trans­fer to a serv­ing dish. Sprin­kle with pars­ley, pecans and re­main­ing pimien­tos. Serve with crack­ers.
