Easy Swedish Meat­balls

Simple & Delicious - - ON THE MENU -

1 small onion, chopped 1 large egg 1/4 cup sea­soned bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. 2% milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/₈ tsp. pep­per 1 lb. ground beef SAUCE 1 can (10³/4 oz.) con­densed cream of mush­room soup, undi­luted

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup 2% milk 1 Tbsp. dried pars­ley flakes

1/4 tsp. ground nut­meg, op­tional Hot cooked noo­dles

Minced fresh pars­ley, op­tional

1. In a large bowl, com­bine the first six in­gre­di­ents. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 1-in. meat­balls.

2. Place in a shal­low mi­crowave-safe dish. Cover and cook on high un­til no longer pink, 71/2 min­utes; drain.

3. Com­bine soup, sour cream, milk, pars­ley and, if de­sired, nut­meg; pour over meat­balls. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 min­utes or un­til heated through. Serve with noo­dles and, if de­sired, pars­ley.
