Stovetop Meat Loaves
TAKES: 30 min. MAKES: 2 servings
Who says meat loaf has to bake in the oven for hours? For this convenient recipe, all you need is your stovetop and 30 minutes. I appreciate that it’s a quick, simple dish to make for just one or two people, but it tastes as if you were in the kitchen all day. —Emily Sund, Geneseo, IL
