This is a fa­vorite with my bunch. They get to play with the dough as they roll pieces of re­frig­er­ated bis­cuits into balls. Then they get to en­joy the re­sults! —Lisa Combs, Greenville, OH

Prep: 20 min. Bake: 35 min. Makes: 1 loaf (16 serv­ings)

4 tubes (71/₂ oz. each) re­frig­er­ated but­ter­milk bis­cuits

1/₂ cup su­gar

2 tsp. ground cin­na­mon

1/₂ cup but­ter, melted

1/₂ cup packed brown su­gar

1. Pre­heat oven to 350° Cut each bis­cuit into four pieces; shape into balls. In a small bowl, com­bine the su­gar and cin­na­mon. Roll each ball in cin­na­mon­sugar. Ar­range evenly in a gen­er­ously greased 9- or 10-in. fluted tube pan. Sprin­kle with re­main­ing cin­na­mon-su­gar. 2. Com­bine but­ter and brown su­gar; pour over the top. Place tube pan on bak­ing sheet; bake un­til golden brown and the dough is cooked through,

35-45 min­utes. Cool for 5 min­utes be­fore in­vert­ing bread onto a serv­ing plat­ter.
