■ Lucas Adams (Tripp, DAYS) reveals that he was not looking to grow a beard until the show directed him to. “I came in to work and they said, ‘Don’t shave anymore,’ ” he explains. “I was like, ‘What?’ I’ve never grown a beard before. So it took a while to come in a bit but now it’s getting there.” He’s had it for so long that at this point, Adams adds, “I don’t remember what my face looks like without it. I’ve gotten used to it. They said I looked too ‘Wheaties box’ without it. Now it’s more TRUE DETECTIVE.” His girlfriend, Shelby Wulfert, “wasn’t sure about it at first, but now she actually likes it a lot.
