GENERAL HOSPITAL Willow Is The Birth Mom!
Viewers find out via Willow’s interaction with Julian that the schoolteacher is the birth mother who gave her baby up to be adopted by Brad and Lucas. Unaware that the little boy died, Willow reels when she realizes that her new pal, Michael, is “Wiley’s” godfather.
Willow keeps her reaction close to the vest, successfully enough that the new man in her life, Chase, can’t tell something is weighing on her. Reports Josh Swickard (Chase), “He takes her out for New Year’s Eve and he’s just excited to be out on the town with her. It’s a big party; Jason and Sam are there, Alexis is there, Michael is there.” And though it seems clear that Michael is also falling for Willow, Swickard says, “Chase isn’t thinking about that when he sees Michael and Willow together — but Chad [Duell, Michael] and I are excited to hopefully butt heads over her! He and Katie [Macmullen, Willow] and I are all excited to see what the writers have in store.”
In the short term, that’s a Chase/willow kiss at midnight to ring in 2019. “It’s a very sweet moment,” says Swickard.
