I have a New Year’s resolution that Y&R should consider. Bring back the vets! First of all, what happened to Gloria, and who is that nobody sitting at her desk? Really miss seeing her energy at
Jabot. Where is Paul?
Rey is good for a new character, but who is he answering to? Paul is really missed and
I’m hating that he is off contract. Another question, where is Neil? Even my husband, who only watches occasionally, keeps asking where he is. Nate is an okay character but he sure can’t take the place of Neil. Also really miss Ashley! I know there has to be new characters introduced and most of them are good, but longtime viewers want to watch actors that we know and love. Brenda C., via email
HERE’S HOPING
The writing and direction for DAYS’S Hope and her daughter Ciara needs to be better. Hope is a spitfire heroine who’d fight for those she loves, not an incompetent, vindictive shrew content to be stuck with Rafe. Writers not nearly on Ron Carlivati’s [head writer] level excellently and expertly laid the groundwork for Ciara to become a fun, powerhouse vixen, and the idea of Hope (and Bo) having their very own Sami was deliciously soapy with so much layered story potential. I want to watch DAYS for characters that I am invested in, not somebody else’s pets. For how much longer must I beg and wait, and what more must I do for the powers-that-be to finally care about Hope and Ciara as individual characters as much as I do?

Please, please give DAYS’S Kristian
Alfonso [Hope] a frontburner story in 2019 that includes Ciara, but also shows her life away from the cop shop. She deserves to be front and center with Rafe [Galen Gering] and to be happy. Yes, we all know that her true love was Bo, but he is not coming back and a recast is out of the question. Kristian should not have to languish on the back burner.

TAYLOR MADE
I really do think that Hope on B&B is making a mountain out of a molehill.

If “Dollar Bill” had just sent Taylor to prison to begin with, there wouldn’t be an issue right now. I also believe that Hope asking Liam to make a decision is the biggest joke of all. Liam is worthless when it comes to making decisions. He probably has trouble trying to decide whether he should wear boxers or briefs each morning. But back to the issue at hand, I really doubt that Taylor would hurt Kelly or any of Hope and Liam’s children. I can see and understand why Taylor shot Bill, but to hurt a defenseless child, Taylor wouldn’t do that. I also think that Liam is correct about Hope and Brooke feeding off of each other’s fears. But, like I said, if Bill had just told the police that Taylor was the one to shoot him, all this stress and fear would be nonexistent.

This storyline about B&B’S Liam, who got two women pregnant a few months apart, is disgusting! We fans of Steffy ask [Executive Producer/ Head Writer] Bradley
Bell to free Steffy from Liam’s orbit once and for all, and change Kelly’s paternity. We hate to see how Steffy continues to beg Liam for everything after he treated her like rubbish for years. Liam doesn’t deserve to have a daughter from Steffy. Making Bill the real father of Steffy’s daughter would make more sense. And we would also like that ridiculous portrait of Liam and Steffy to be removed from the wall of the Cliff House.
